DJ Boogz is a Bronx-born, HBCU-educated DJ, media personality, and cultural connector with over 15 years in the game. He launched his radio career at Kiss 101.7 in Delaware before contributing to DJ Self's night show on Power 105.1 and later joining Hot 97, steadily growing his presence from regional radio to one of the most influential platforms in hip-hop.
From the clubs of New York to international stages across Europe, Central America, and the Caribbean with stops in Romania, Germany, Honduras, Costa Rica, St. Lucia, and beyond, Boogz has built a global reputation as one of culture's most versatile voices. He has performed at landmark events including Beach Please in Romania, Hot 97's Summer Jam, Roots Picnic in Philadelphia, Dear Summer Festival in New York and Washington D.C., Delaware in the Park Festival, SXSW in Austin and Barclays Center in Brooklyn. A fixture at the legendary Rucker Park in Harlem and a yearly returning DJ at Delaware State University, Boogz holds long-standing residencies at some of New York's most respected venues earning loyalty from crowds that keep calling him back.
Boogz has surpassed 1 million streams with his musical releases including "Party & Cool" featuring legendary rapper Trina and accumulated over 1.5 million YouTube views with his podcast series In-Studio with DJ Boogz. The official DJ for platinum selling artists Bobby Shmurda and Driicky Graham, he has toured alongside both and performed at private industry events including a Rock the Bells dinner honoring Raekwon of Wu-Tang Clan. Brand partnerships with Grand Marnier, Shell, Wilson Sporting Goods, Trebel Music, Uncle Nearest and Verde by Fab further speak to his reach across culture and commerce. Each visit earned an official state proclamation — a testament to the show's cultural impact.
